Thanks anyway, but telling me to install a driver repeatedly when there are no drivers for it won't make it work, so I'll simply mark the "buying a new keyboard" answer here as the answer. Fortunately we found a registry hack to get it to work in Windows 10's version of Internet explorer. Drivers were installed and working fine, it was an IE issue, not a driver issue.
